We are known in the industry as Meeting Planners or PCO (Professional Conference Organizers). We are actually an extension of your company. We are here to help you and guide you through the organization of any type of event.

This program consists in supporting them by planning their educational or charity events, for free. By hiring Meetings Experience, you are directly contributing to maintain our support programs for these entities. Being a legally incorporated non-profit organization.

Being an entity focused on child population
in Mexico or Latin America.

The objective of the event to be performed

must be educational, charity-related or to support
the child sector in Mexico or Latin America.
